Last year, I reviewed 2 Netflix originals (as part of a Christmas double trouble review) The Christmas Inheritance & The Princess Switch, the latter starring Vanessa Hudgens. As far as Christmas movies go, they weren't too bad. They had their flaws for sure but they were both somewhat enjoyable, especially in retrospect.
So when The Knight Before Christmas, also featuring Hudgens, popped up in my Netflix feed, I thought it couldn't hurt to watch it. I mean, the plot seemed really cute, the concept a fun one to take on for a Christmas movie.
It thought it would be a fun film to watch with my kids and husband.
Well, I was disappointed with the listless and pointless mess that met me.
This script definitely needed a few more weeks to mature and then grow up to be something else.
